What We Ask
Customers who purchased a vehicle are asked about the following:
- Sales process
- Salesperson
- Financing approval process
- Condition of the vehicle on delivery
- Current condition of the vehicle
Customers who had their vehicles serviced at our exclusive maintenance facilities are asked about:
- Service staff
- Problems the vehicle had been having
- How long it took to get the vehicle fixed
- Whether the vehicle was repaired under warranty
Then, each customer is asked to rate his or her overall experience with sales or service as either positive , neutral , or negative .
