Byrider customers from across our national network of dealerships to ask them a list of questions about their experience with our company. The results are tabulated every night and provided to franchisees the next morning. And now those same results are available to you.
We track our performance carefully because we know that many of our customers are financially vulnerable. If things aren’t going smoothly for them, we want our managers to step in quickly and make things right.
FL: I own a 2003 CHRYSLER PT CRUISER. I brought my vehicle in because the motor was messing up and it wasn't serviced quickly. It was under warranty and I didn't receive paperwork. I feel that the vehicle is still having some issues today and the customer service was pretty good. OVerall, my service experience was neutral because I've had to bring my vehicle in twice for the same issues.
