Byrider customers from across our national network of dealerships to ask them a list of questions about their experience with our company. The results are tabulated every night and provided to franchisees the next morning. And now those same results are available to you.
We track our performance carefully because we know that many of our customers are financially vulnerable. If things aren’t going smoothly for them, we want our managers to step in quickly and make things right.
AL: I own a 2002 HYUNDAI SONATA. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and I guess it was completed quickly, I didn't stay with it. It was under warranty and I did receive paperwork. The staff was alright and my vehicle is not driving good, I think I'm going to need to get my brakes done. Overall my service experience with JD Byrider was neutral because it was just neutral.
