Byrider customers from across our national network of dealerships to ask them a list of questions about their experience with our company. The results are tabulated every night and provided to franchisees the next morning. And now those same results are available to you.
We track our performance carefully because we know that many of our customers are financially vulnerable. If things aren’t going smoothly for them, we want our managers to step in quickly and make things right.
OH: I own a 1998 CHEVROLET Lumina. I bought my car from Dan and he did an alright job. The car was in pretty good condition and clean when I bought it. They are supposed to fix the front alignment on the car, but that`s the only thing that`s wrong. I was approved over 2 weeks, but it really wasn`t that bad, I didn`t mind. Overall my experience was positive.
