 | OH: I own a 2001 OLDSMOBILE ALERO. Overal, my service experience with JD Byrider was positive. I brought the vehicle in because of the engine. It was kind of completed quickly, it took a couple weeks but it wasn't their fault. They ordered an engine and it was a California engine and it was the wrong one so they had to send it back. It was under warranty and I received a receipt. The customer service was excellent. The vehicle is good today. | 08/25/2010 |
