 | FL: I own a 2005 PONTIAC GRAND AM. I brought my vehicle in for the check engine light and this time they replaced the coils and it was serviced quickly. I had to pay the deductible, which would be reasonable if this was the first time I had to pay it for the problem, but it had the same problem last week and I had to pay the deductible and I received paperwork. The vehicle's check engine light is on again today for the third time, it turned on the day after I picked it up, so now I have to bring it in again and borrow a car again and I refuse to pay the deductible this time. The vehicle hesitates when you're speeding up, it misfires. The car has a history of valve problems and I feel like they are doing the bare minimum to fix the problem. It needs more than just checking the codes and repairing what the codes say. The customer service was fine, they are very polite and understanding. Overall, my service experience is negative because they haven't fixed the car and now I have to borrow a friend's car again, put gas in it and they're going to ask me to pay the deductible again and I refuse to. | 01/25/2012 |
