Byrider customers from across our national network of dealerships to ask them a list of questions about their experience with our company. The results are tabulated every night and provided to franchisees the next morning. And now those same results are available to you.
We track our performance carefully because we know that many of our customers are financially vulnerable. If things aren’t going smoothly for them, we want our managers to step in quickly and make things right.
OH: I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. My ooverall service experience was positive. I brought my car in because the starter went out and the service took about two days to fix. It was covered under warranty and I did receive my paperwork after. The staff were wonderful and there are no other problems.
