 | MA: I own a 2004 PONTIAC GRAND AM. Overall my service experience with J.D. Byrider was neutral because the didn't fix the problem. I took my car in because the brakes were squeaking. The service was completed in about 2-3 hours. It was covered the warranty but I did not get a receipt or paperwork. The customer service is fine, good.
