How We Gather Data -- and Why

Every day, trained telephone interviewers call approximately 400 J.D. Byrider customers from across our national network of dealerships to ask them a list of questions about their experience with our company. The results are tabulated every night and provided to franchisees the next morning. And now those same results are available to you.

We track our performance carefully because we know that many of our customers are financially vulnerable. If things aren’t going smoothly for them, we want our managers to step in quickly and make things right.

IL: I own a 1999 Nissan Sentra. I brought it in for a headlight being out. It had been in before. It was there for a day and it was covered. I did get a receipt. The hazard fuse, defog fuse and tailight fuse went out because of the problem. I have to take it back so they can put switch in the car. The back brakes are going to be changed also. The staff was cool and the experience was neutral because they need to check over their work and the problems they were supposed to fix before they say it is ready and fixed. Before when I have had it in they say the problem is fixed, but immediatley upon getting in the car the problems were still not fixed.
