The results are tabulated every night and provided to franchisees the next morning. And now those same results are available to you.
We track our performance carefully because we know that many of our customers are financially vulnerable. If things aren’t going smoothly for them, we want our managers to step in quickly and make things right.
FL: I own a 2003 Ford Focus. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in because the brakes were making noise and the car wasn`t taking gas correctly. It took 3 hours and was under warranty. I got a receipt for the work and the st aff did a good job. The brakes still are having problems. The lights popped on also.
