JD Byrider I own a 2000 FORD FOCUS. Overall my experience was positive. Daris was my salesperson and he was great. The vehicle was in good condition and clean when I received it. Today the door handle doesn't work and the window is off track. I had to come back to get approved.

Byrider customers from across our national network of dealerships to ask them a list of questions about their experience with our company. The results are tabulated every night and provided to franchisees the next morning. And now those same results are available to you.
