JD Byrider I own a 2005 CHEVROLET CLASSIC. I brought my vehicle in because of the brakes, there's an odor in the car I can't get rid of and has been there since I bought it, the steering wheel and it makes noises when I hit bumps and the car wasn't finished but what was finished was serviced quickly. It was under warranty and I did receive paperwork. The vehicle still has brake problems, the odors still there, and it still makes noises when I hit a bump and the customer service was okay. Overall, my service experience was neutral because the cars still having issues.

Byrider customers from across our national network of dealerships to ask them a list of questions about their experience with our company. The results are tabulated every night and provided to franchisees the next morning. And now those same results are available to you.

We track our performance carefully because we know that many of our customers are financially vulnerable. If things aren’t going smoothly for them, we want our managers to step in quickly and make things right.
