Byrider customers from across our national network of dealerships to ask them a list of questions about their experience with our company. The results are tabulated every night and provided to franchisees the next morning. And now those same results are available to you.
We track our performance carefully because we know that many of our customers are financially vulnerable. If things aren’t going smoothly for them, we want our managers to step in quickly and make things right.
OH: I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Impala. A younger white male with glasses was the salesperson that helped me, and the vehicle that I purchased was in pretty good shape when I received it. It took about fourty five minutes for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems with it now. The staff was pretty good also, and overall I would rate this experience positive.
