 | FL: I own a 1996 Mercury Marquis. My car was in for service for a miss fire and the engine is falling apart. They had my for a couple of hours. They charged me for the diganoises, I need a new battery, spark plugs, a tune up and a fuel system. My warranty is up. I did get a receipt, but no paper work. The employees were alright. My overall experience was negative, because my car is not fixed and it is still running bad. | 06/25/2008 |
