 | TX: I own a 2003 PONTIAC GRAND AM. I brought my vehicle in for a diagnosis on my alignment, check engine light and antifreeze and it was serviced quickly. It was under warranty and I received paperwork. The vehicle is going to be serviced on Friday, so it still has all of those problems today and the customer service was fine.
