Byrider customers from across our national network of dealerships to ask them a list of questions about their experience with our company. The results are tabulated every night and provided to franchisees the next morning. And now those same results are available to you.
We track our performance carefully because we know that many of our customers are financially vulnerable. If things aren’t going smoothly for them, we want our managers to step in quickly and make things right.
MI: I own a 2000 Ford Windstar. The ABS brake light was on and it took a full day to get the car back fixed. I paid $50 and did get a receipt after. The staff treated me very good. I have not had any problems with the vehicle since. Overall my experience was positive.
