How We Gather Data -- and Why

Every day, trained telephone interviewers call approximately 400 J.D. Byrider customers from across our national network of dealerships to ask them a list of questions about their experience with our company. The results are tabulated every night and provided to franchisees the next morning. And now those same results are available to you.

We track our performance carefully because we know that many of our customers are financially vulnerable. If things aren’t going smoothly for them, we want our managers to step in quickly and make things right.

OH: I own a 2004 FORD EXPLORER. I brought my vehicle in because it was making noise. It ended up that the hub went out and there was a pulsating in my brakes when I would come to a completed stop. They said the brakes was probably cause by the hub going out. They had my vehicle for a couple hours. It was under warranty and I did receive paperwork. The staff was great, they're awesome. My vehicle is good but the thump starting happening again, so I hope my hub didn't go out. Overall my service experience with JD Byrider was positive.
