Byrider customers from across our national network of dealerships to ask them a list of questions about their experience with our company. The results are tabulated every night and provided to franchisees the next morning. And now those same results are available to you.
We track our performance carefully because we know that many of our customers are financially vulnerable. If things aren’t going smoothly for them, we want our managers to step in quickly and make things right.
MI: I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. I brought in my car because it keep stopping. They fixed the A/C Compressor. It took them a couple of hours to do. It was under warranty and I did get a receipt for the work. No problem with the car. And the staff was okay. Overall, my experience was positive.
