The results are tabulated every night and provided to franchisees the next morning. And now those same results are available to you.
We track our performance carefully because we know that many of our customers are financially vulnerable. If things aren’t going smoothly for them, we want our managers to step in quickly and make things right.
NV: I own a 1998 TOYOTA Corolla. Overall my experience was positive. It took about a half hour to have the oil change and the service was under warranty. The customer service was fine towards me, I don`t have any complaints. I was given paperwork. The only problem with the vehicle at this time is the door handle on the inside of the driver side broke off, so I need to order a new part.
