The results are tabulated every night and provided to franchisees the next morning. And now those same results are available to you.
We track our performance carefully because we know that many of our customers are financially vulnerable. If things aren’t going smoothly for them, we want our managers to step in quickly and make things right.
OH: I own a 2002 BUICK LESABRE. My salesperson was Mike and he was very good and worked very hard to get me a vehicle. My vehicle was in good condition and clean and they put gas in it for me. The engine light has come on but I have no way to get out there because of gas so I'm just going to bring it to auto zone or something. Overall my purchase experience with JD Byrider was positive.
