Byrider customers from across our national network of dealerships to ask them a list of questions about their experience with our company. The results are tabulated every night and provided to franchisees the next morning. And now those same results are available to you.
We track our performance carefully because we know that many of our customers are financially vulnerable. If things aren’t going smoothly for them, we want our managers to step in quickly and make things right.
FL: I own a 2002 OLDSMOBILE Alero. The salesperson that helped me select my vehicle was Christian, and the vehicle that I purchased was in good condition when I received it. I was approved for the vehicle within a few hours, and the vehicle is having issues with the ignition switch now. The staff was very good, and overall I would rate this experience positive.
