Byrider customers from across our national network of dealerships to ask them a list of questions about their experience with our company. The results are tabulated every night and provided to franchisees the next morning. And now those same results are available to you.
We track our performance carefully because we know that many of our customers are financially vulnerable. If things aren’t going smoothly for them, we want our managers to step in quickly and make things right.
NC: I own a 2000 Buick Century. Overall my experience was positive. It took 45 minutes to an hout to have the oil changed and the service was under warranty. The customer service was good towards me and I was given a receipt for the work done. There are no problems with the vehicle at this time that I am aware of.
