JD Byrider I own a 2003 DODGE CARAVAN. I took the van in because the brakes were squeeling. They got them fixed the same day and covered them under warranty. I received a receipt but I am constantly taking this vehicle in. I hear air leaking when the car is in idle, one of the tires keeps losing air and the gas gage is off. The customer service of the staff there is helpful. Overall my experience is neutral because of all of the problems and at times they seem to blow me off.

Every day, trained telephone interviewers call approximately 400 J.D. Byrider customers from across our national network of dealerships to ask them a list of questions about their experience with our company. The results are tabulated every night and provided to franchisees the next morning. And now those same results are available to you.
