Byrider customers from across our national network of dealerships to ask them a list of questions about their experience with our company. The results are tabulated every night and provided to franchisees the next morning. And now those same results are available to you.
We track our performance carefully because we know that many of our customers are financially vulnerable. If things aren’t going smoothly for them, we want our managers to step in quickly and make things right.
FL: I own a 1998 CHEVROLET S-10. My overall experience was positive. I brought my car in because I needed a transmission. They kept my car for three days to work on it. I was charged $25.00 and I did get a receipt. I am not sur if I have any issues or not with the car because I have not picked it up. The Jacksonville staff was great, but the staff at Tampa was rude.
