Byrider customers from across our national network of dealerships to ask them a list of questions about their experience with our company. The results are tabulated every night and provided to franchisees the next morning. And now those same results are available to you.
We track our performance carefully because we know that many of our customers are financially vulnerable. If things aren’t going smoothly for them, we want our managers to step in quickly and make things right.
TX: I own a 2003 BUICK CENTURY. Overall, my purchase experience was positive. pete was my salesman and his service was really good. The vehicle was so so when I received it. It wasn't that clean. The lights are blinking so I took the car into autozone and then they car wouldn't start so I waited a little bit then it started again. I dropped it off at JD Byrider but it won't be done for 48 hours. I don't know what I'm going to do about transportation. I don't know what's wrong with it but the lights keep blinking. I was approved the same day.
