The results are tabulated every night and provided to franchisees the next morning. And now those same results are available to you.
We track our performance carefully because we know that many of our customers are financially vulnerable. If things aren’t going smoothly for them, we want our managers to step in quickly and make things right.
SC: I own a 2003 Chrysler Town & Cou. Overall my experience was positive. The older woman was very good with her customer service towards me. I was approved in the same day and the vehicle was nice and clean for me when I first got it. There are no problems with the vehicle at this time that I am aware of.
