 | I own a 2004 DODGE NEON. I brought my car in for transmission problems and it was serviced quicker than what I thought. It was under warranty and I did get paperwork for it. Today the car is not doing good. I dropped my car off and then three days later ona Friday they called and told me that it was ready. I went there at 4,30 to get it and I drove off the lot. Come to fine out that they didn't even test drive my car to make sure everything was running properly, becuase when I left the it was not shifting correctly. That is the reasona why I took it in there the first time. I called them and told them that and they said to bring it back on Monday. So, on Monday I brought it back and he test drove my car and said oh well it is the gears that are messed up. If they would of test drove it in the first place they would of known that and would of fixed while it was still there. Now I have to wait two more weeks to get it back in so they can fix the gears, which it won't be covered this time. Overall, my service experience was negative because I am just very upset that they didn't even bother to test drive the car to make that the problem was fixed. | 02/02/2012 |
