Byrider customers from across our national network of dealerships to ask them a list of questions about their experience with our company. The results are tabulated every night and provided to franchisees the next morning. And now those same results are available to you.

JD Byrider tracks performance carefully because we know that many of our customers are financially vulnerable. If things aren’t going smoothly for them, we want our managers to step in quickly and make things right.

	I own a 2002 KIA SEDONA. My salesperson was Orilio and the customer service was great. The vehicle was clean when I got it but looks a little rough on the in and outside. The vehicle is doing okay to today, since I feel like the performance is not where it should be. I was approved the same day. Overall, my purchase experience was negative because the vehicle was an ultimadum and I dont feel it is running how it should be.	02/01/2012
