 | I own a 2004 JEEP WRANGLER. My salesperson was Bob and the customer service was just fine. The vehicle was clean when I received it but the CD player doesn't work when they said it did and there is some sort of rattling noise today and I don't know what it is. I don't remember if I was approved the same day or the next day. Overall, my purchase experience was neutral because. I wasn't happy about the CD player. The inspection sheet says that everything works including the CD player, but there is no way they could have checked it because there's a CD stuck in it, which tells me they went right through the paperwork without checking much. | 02/02/2012 |
