Byrider customers from across our national network of dealerships to ask them a list of questions about their experience with our company. The results are tabulated every night and provided to franchisees the next morning. And now those same results are available to you.

JD Byrider tracks performance carefully because we know that many of our customers are financially vulnerable. If things aren’t going smoothly for them, we want our managers to step in quickly and make things right.

	I own a 2010 FORD TAURUS. I brought my car in because it was running funny and the spark plug wires were acting up again. The service was quick I guees and it was under warranty. I received paperwork. The vehicle is doing alright and the customer service was ok. Overall my experience with JD Byrider was neutral because they try to lie to me that I had a leak but I really didn't trying to take $400 from me.	02/02/2012
