Our Business Principles

Our mission is to provide a program that exceeds the customer’s expectations and maximizes their opportunity for advancement.

We do that by consistently delivering dependable cars and affordable financing in a friendly, contemporary and professional atmosphere. And we provide quality service exclusively for the vehicles we sell.

We respect our hard-working customers and treat them with dignity. They deserve quality, and we provide it at every step of the transaction.

But we’re not just looking for a transaction. We want to start a relationship. We work with our customers to find the best vehicles for their needs, and the best one for their budgets. Selling a car that the customer can’t afford does neither of us any good. And neither does selling a car that fails to perform.

We will not underserve customers because of a credit challenge. Credit card debt, divorce, loss of a job, or a variety of common situations can easily lead to a damaged credit rating. We strive to accommodate people who are often turned away. However, not everyone qualifies for financing, even at Byrider. Sometimes the risk is simply too great. And, when people do qualify, it’s important that all payments be made on time. That way, we have a better chance of getting them moving, back on the road advancing.

We’re careful in learning about our customers’ financial past, and the details of the present. But we’re just as determined to believe in their future.
