"I’ve been with J.D. Byrider for over 24 months. I have an Oldsmobile Regency that has been in a few times for service. Curt, the Service Manager, has always taken great care of me. I refuse to take my car anywhere else for service. The Customer Service at J.D. Byrider is great from the sales staff when you walk in, CNAC and in the service area. The staff treats me with great respect, and a smile. I never have a problem paying my car note because I know if something goes wrong with my automobile the folks at J.D. Byrider will take care of it. I think Nate is great. I’ve referred a few people to see Nate personally to get a car because I know he will take great care of them. I’m not just blowing smoke, my car should be paid off in 8 months and J.D. Byrider has really helped me build my credit. I don’t care if you spend $10.00 or $35,000 on a vehicle, you should get great service from the dealer you buy it from. I would go on record to say that J.D. Byrider has the best customer service out there. I work hard for my money and I’m proud to spend it on a vehicle at J.D. Byrider. And I would say, if you need a vehicle and need help with your credit to go to J.D. Byrider and you will be pleased with the service you WILL receive. Like I said before, I’ve sent family down to get a car and my cousin, aunt, my daughter, and my nephew all have cars from J.D. Byrider and we all roll around with the stickers on our bumpers. They are also very happy with J.D. Byrider. So thank you J.D. Byrider & CNAC for everything."
